little time to go directly to Fishingbooker to update the calendar in real timeWhen I realized that I was double booked (the same day that Mr*** booked the trip on Fishingbooker), I called the client, apologized for the double booking and gave him the opportunity to either cancel the trip and receive a 100% refund on his deposit or he could book with another guide on FishingbookerI recommended a few different captains, including Capt*** ***, as he has many star reviews on Fishing booker and had availability for that dayI told the client to make sure he was comfortable with Captain *** before agreeing to go that route and he assured me that he wasUnfortunately, all captains have bad days and Capt*** only caught 9-keeper fish that dayHis boat motor was also broken on that day and thus he had to use his "back up" boat on that trip - something I could not have known when I advised him to cancel the trip or book with Capt***I stand by the decision I made in allowing Mr*** to cancel the trip with a full refund or book with another guideIt is unfortunate that the client did not have a great experience, as that is what I strive for on every tripHowever, once he agreed to book with Captain *** (and not cancel with a full refund), I feel that my culpability was limitedI would have loved to have taken Mr*** fishingUnfortunately, another client called first and booked the slotted time and I was unable to update the Fishingbooker calendar in real time

I am rejecting this response because:The issues I have with your statement are as follows:If you are booking fishing trips through multiple sources you are initially using false advertising which also allows you to use bait and switch tactics to recommend your friends to cover your double bookings. I am also assuming that you do not believe that guarantee clause from FishingBooker applies to you, if you are going to advertise using their website then you should tell your other booking sources that FishingBooker is the primary since it has already taken other clients money.  Payment Information: 10% deposit charged upfront by FishingBooker to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the captain on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Checks, American Express  When you called to notify me that you doubled booked and recommended Capt. [redacted] to be your replacement, I even questioned you at that time if this was a bait and switch tactic. You assured me that this was not the case and Capt. [redacted] was also a five star captain on FishingBooker and to review his information on the website. The following day Capt. [redacted] contacted me, telling me that y'all have been long time friends, went through captain school together, and communicate on the water to help each other find fish. At that point I agreed to use Capt. [redacted], however, once arriving at the boat dock I questioned him about the boat and he stated that motor had been broken for about 2 months. His story of only catching 9-10 keeper fish was actually 1 black drum and 2 trout from my math that equals 3 keeper fish. I have never questioned payment or every requested a full refund, I am simply requesting that both you and Capt. [redacted] remove your profiles from FishingBooker.com because y'all do not update them.
