Review: Office charges for services not done including fluoride and billing practices are not right

I would like office to be investigated on billing practices as he has been charged and fined in past! The office continues to bill people wrong and charge for services not rendered when I disputed and did not pay they did not adjust I finally paid entire bill but want you guys to know and do appropriate for this business to not get away with charging for things never even done!!!!!

[redacted] and Fatium [redacted]- came in for dental services on 6-5-2012, they were informed of treatment for the day, both agreeded for Exam,Prophylaxis,and bitewings and Adult flouride. [redacted] states that insurance will pay 100% for there visit, I explaine that her plan pay a percentage and she is OUT OF NETWORK, She states she knows her insurance and it will cover. After we received the insurance payment, they had a balance of $433.00 of which they refused to pay, several bills went sent to them with no response back. We sent them to I.C. Collection Systems for non-payment. Finally on May 6, 2013 almost a year later she called to set up apt, due to STATE of CT rules with her employer, it is mandatory they come in yearly or the will have to pay a penalty. I informed her of the balance, she did pay me with her credit card in the amount of $433.00, at that time she wanted to set up apts , I told her she can come in but they will have to pay us for dental services and we will have Insurance payments go to them, due to the last billing incident She refused and said it's only one incident that happened. Explained we had to pay collection co to get paid.Patient didnt care.. C Called Care Credit to inform them of her payment.

I am we'll aware of my insurance policy and its Out of network yes I did not pay for a year and that is because I was charged for things not done. I clearly stated I did not get fluoride and they refused to remove! I finally paid and decided to take this route I have been going to Dr [redacted] 30 years!!!and have used the same insurance for approximately 8 years LOOK it up its same one ! Im we'll aware fluoride is not covered as I am out of network so I clearly stated I did NOT want but you billed me for fluoride anyway and refused to remove that charge I have always paid in past why after having him as kid YOU DIDN'T CARE that is why when I called to make appointment I was going to ask again for fluoride to be removed but you were rude
