I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
I spoke with Tonya when I signed up and she did in fact tell me that if I moved out of the area then I would not be charged the remaining contract. I wanted a shorter contract or to pay month to month and she told me that option did not exist. It was only when I spoke with the manager that he informed me do have a 6 month contract available but you have to pay it all up front which would have been fine with me. The company told me this information which led me to accrue additional charges as a result. I asked for recordings on the conversation and they said they do not keep them. So do they have any evidence to show she did not give me this information?
