In April 2021 I moved into a brand new home constructed by Southdown. I am first occupant. From the first day of move in the home has had serious issues. We have experienced repeated pipe and system leaks, water penetration from the exterior to the interior of the home, and horrifying and serious sewage back up issues. My repeated requests to Southdown to address these issues have been largely dismissed. I have written evidence of the COO admitting he has "blocked" my ability to contact him with my requests to address these serious life safety issues. Southdown has shown little regard or care for faulty construction and health issues that may result.

As I stated before, the builder will not be paying any commission to her, but she is welcome to be there as you representative. Best regards, [redacted] Another email response from [redacted] 05/28/2014 I am not going to get into a battle of words other than to say a Realtors job is to introduce a buyer to a seller. ###-###-#### [redacted] never explained any disclosures to us, she basically told us it's for visiting the model home and to just sign it [redacted] was plain nasty towards us and our realtor when we went to present her an offer, By her stating that the builder will not honor our realtor.We cannot trust her This issue needs to be resolved if we are to move forward, We told [redacted] that we will not purchase unless this is resolved . This issue also has us weary of what the 8 month building process will be dealing with ***. Regards, [redacted]
