Thank you for taking the time to contact us Mr***. We apologize for the confusion. When you and your wife completed the paperwork to set up an account, you did include both of your names and contact numbers. When we were unable to reach you on 6-2-after multiple attempts,
we phoned the other contact name and number on the file to ask permission to run the card that you had left with the veterinarian. Your wife gave us permission to run the card. We ran the amount due and mailed a receipt for the charge along with an itemized statement to the home address listed on your file. We do not run unauthorized cards or make payment arrangements with minors or persons not listed on accounts. We do seek and accept authorization from adults whose first and last names are listed on accounts and have indicated that they are over the age of 18. We would be happy to change your account but will need to speak to you and your wife prior to dissolving a joint account.We are not attaching the handwritten client sheet as it contains personal information. We have mailed a copy of the client sheet to your home address, however. When you receive the client sheet, you and your wife can review the account and let us know how you would like your account listed for the future
