Horrendous shop, these guys tricked my son into allowing a tow to their shop and then started to tear it apart to "...show the insurance company what was wrong..." This is EXACTLY the wrong way to do it. Any insurance company will work with the shop on any repairs with an amendment if necessary for hidden damage. The shop manager lied to me and said this was how to do it since the insurance company needs to see it. That is incorrect.. I spoke to our insurance ([redacted]) and our agent said shops start the tear down thinking that you won't take it someplace else. Anyway, we had them put the car back together and we are taking it to a reputable shop. They charged us a crazy bill, but there was no way were going to throw good money after bad on these guys. When we pulled into the place, I thought we were pulling into a junkyard not a body shop. [redacted].
My car was in a car accident, and they help me with everything! My car came back looking just like it was before it was in accident. They did and amazing job and they was very proficient in completing the job! I will refer anyone to them they are just that great!
