In February I chose SE Coating to repair, prep and coat my homeThe owner also said he would return in six months to discuss any issues that may have come up since the completion of the workSince the work was completed and after six months I made several calls to the owner to ask him about coming back out and was given excuses each time as to him not being able to return to discuss the following:
Caulking was sub-par, not a quality job; bad siding pieces were not replaced as discussed and are now showing softness; exposed nails are showing in siding that was replaced should have been caulked
I am very dissatisfied with the quality of work and service of this company and would not recommend them to anyone

My family hired SE Coatings to paint our house and we're very pleased with it. The house looks beautiful now of course. But even more important, the service was always prompt, polite and professional. From the first visit to completion we were very happy with their service. Finished with a final inspection with the project manager, who was stricter about the quality of work than we would ever have been. Here are some suggestions I have for other customers.
1, Set them up for success by clearly articulating what you expect for your money. For us good customer service was as, or more, important than the quality of work.
2, Schedule work to be done in the winter months if you can. GA winters are pretty mild, but business slows down anyway. It will save you money.
