Terrible Avoid this company they pull your credit twice and then deny youI applied on a Sunday evening on line and followed the progress on line Then on Wednesday I got a call and was told I had a good score mid and no blemishes and they were ready to submit the loan app to the bank then hours later I got a denialI checked my credit and they did hard credit inquiries one was with an Internet bankBeware of this loan company

Wow!! We went to four banks who made us wait for a week only to tell us they don't do RV loans. Found Southeast online, made the application and was approved the same day. The process is easy and the people are very professional. Processed everything with overnight mail. Good process....once again Wow!!! I would recommend this company and their staff.

I submitted a credit application with SouthEast Financial for an RV loan. Three days later I receive an email from a person claiming to be with that company, saying she needed to talk to me about the credit application.
I attempted to call her on Wednesday, 7/28/14, but only got her voice mail. I left my cell number so that she could call when she was not with another customer.
I received another email this morning stating that the person needed my SS# as mine is incorrect. I attempted to call her again today, 8/1/14, only able to get her voice mail (with a customer again).
I then emailed the person and explained that I have been trying to contact her to resolve the issue, and perhaps I should cancel the application and explore other financing options. She replied that she had called me back and would cancel the application.
Oddly enough, when I logged in to check the status of my application, it said my credit report had been pulled and reviewed and the load was awaiting a decision from the financial institution. How can you pull my credit report and review it, yet claim that I submitted an incorrect SS#?
Also, I carry my phone on my person at all times, and checked my call logs to verify, and found NO calls from SouthEast Financial, and do not appreciate being lied to in any shape or fashion, especially when dealing in financial matters.

The good: they were fast in securing a loan on a used motorhome.
The bad: they are just a "middle man". Not much help after the check is in the mail, will not answer the phone and only replies by email ("it is out of their hands") Talking to a live person after you sign the papers is not an option?

You can get free credit reports yourself and see the debt ratio, revolving credit etc. If you think you can't get a loan based on your credit reports, don't bother with this company. They will deny your application right away. Don't waste time and credit score with this company.
2. There is no live person to talk to me when I had concerns and questions about my loan application. This makes me wonder whether they are fishing my identity for other purpose. Now I really concern about my identity and have to monitor my credit every couple months.

I'm very satisfy, and extremely happy with my loan, and my new travel trailer.

After being turned down by several lenders I was feeling discouraged and helpless. I legitimately felt as if my loan had no chance of ever getting approved and I should just quit trying to finance my dream machine. About a week after deciding to quit trying I was referred to Southeast Financial by a colleague who had recently closed a loan with them and loved the staff and their process. He spoke so highly of the attention he received and their professionalism I decided to give it a shot...sure glad I did. They were absolutely amazing to work with right from the start and they kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. I am proud to say I am now driving the toy of my dreams and feel it may have never happened without the work and dedication of Southeast Financial. Thank you guys so much!!
