Was told insurance would cover cost of equipment if I put in the hours on the machine. Come to find out I've been charged almost a hundred dollars a mount and now am left with about $1500.00 to pay. If there was upfront information about how much it would cost in total I could have made a more informed decision about what to do. Just like any other health care facility insurance is preauthorized and the patient is given an estimate of the remaining charges. None of that was done.
We met with the customer on 3-24-2020 and were able to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the customer. We are pleased as a business that strives to give high quality services to our customers that we were able to resolve this.

I have met with the business and we came to an agreement that was satisfactory. I believe they are ethical and sincere. It was a result of miscommunication and but they have made it right.
