I would like to start off saying that the owner was always available to us home owners when he wanted us to sign the contractWhen the work began he disappearedNever once stepped into the house to overlook the progressHe would Send his Son to overlook and drop off envelopes demanding paymentWhen the complaints came from us he acted ignorant to all and ignored our complaintsExample Usage of old siding on house when clearly in the contract stated NEWThey originally claimed that all the trucks and workers were under payrollSo when the dumpster was dropped off days prior to the start of the job no one could explain why it was dropped off in the middle of my driveway right on the black top dripping oil all overWell the real clincher was when he was asking for payment on September *, on August **for work that will be done on the firstHe never gave us a chance to view the final product before payment and when we did have questions and issues they were ignoredSo We tried to get his attention by holding back part of payment until we meet and discuss all of our complaintsNeedless to say he was asking for 10,and we were going to pay At this point of the progress we have already paid 47,( we have paid half at this point )We were only holding back 3,until he met usWe saw things like electrical boxes in the floor and in the ceiling hiddenwe know that is not to codeSo again we tried to get the owner to call my husband for a meeting but instead he put a stop work order in and threw all off the job Its been two weeks we are in a mess and no phone call to meet with usI would Never Recommend this company

Review: Southeast Kitchen also [redacted]. did not live up to contract agreements in the renovation of my kitchen. Owner [redacted] refuses to discuss any of the matters although verbal and written requests have been made by me. [redacted] received a final and full payment from me, which I found was altered by him prior to deposit. [redacted] removed the conditions I wrote on the check, both on the memo section and the back of the check. This is in violation of Articles 3&4 of the UCC, which is another matter.Desired Settlement: [redacted] will send me a paid in full invoice.

So when the dumpster was dropped off 4 days prior to the start of the job no one could explain why it was dropped off in the middle of my driveway right on the black top dripping oil all over. Well the real clincher was when he was asking for payment on September *, 2015 on August **. for work that will be done on the first. He never gave us a chance to view the final product before payment and when we did have questions and issues they were ignored. So We tried to get his attention by holding back part of payment until we meet and discuss all of our complaints. Needless to say he was asking for 10,350. and we were going to pay 6900. At this point of the progress we have already paid 47,000.00 ( we have paid half at this point ). We were only holding back 3,450.00 until he met us. We saw things like electrical boxes in the floor and in the ceiling hidden.. we know that is not to code. So again we tried to get the owner to call my husband for a meeting but instead he put a stop work order in and threw all off the job.
