The day following your complaint submission our owner called you and the two of you had a conversation about your project and the issues that you’ve been having with your roofcording to our records, we see that you have contacted us on prior occasions about your shingles, but our attempts to reach out to you to schedule a time for inspections and repairs have gone unansweredSince you spoke with our owner in recent days, we sent our Production Manager out to do a visual inspection of your roof, and he has called you on several occasions to try to schedule a formal inspection with our roofer We gladly stand behind our work, and will make the necessary repairs, all we ask is that you respond to our calls and requests to set up a time to do so We look forward to working with you together to resolve this issue
