I went to the chattanooga spine and nerve clinic seeking helpThe only thing I received was more anxietyThe first day the people where friendlyWhen I went back for my results the doctor told me that I had stage spinal stenosisI was in shock needless to say I'm only how did this happen I'm wonderingWhen the doctor preceded to tell me there was a way to treat this called spinal decompressionBefore all this has even had a minute to sink in he asked me could I afford this treatment? I did not answer right away he asked again in a stern voice I said can you afford a monthI said no he said can you afford a month once again I said noHe stood up looked me straight in my eyes and said well I guess there's nothing I can do for youBefore I realized what just came out of his mouth he was already in the hall staring me out of his officeNow I see the commercials that the Chattanooga spine and nerve clinic is here to help peopleYeah they help the ones who pay cash and if you can't afford it they will make you feel worse then before you went inThe anxiety and pain they left in my heart is sadWhen money out ways human life and suffering you know this place may not be for meHope this is helpful and it doesn't happen to someone else

I returned to [redacted] from [redacted] where I had decompression therapy 25 treatments for about 5000$ I believed it helped so when I saw the ad I was excited to explore what this office offered. I called and made an appointment. so I arrived on time first appt of the day 830 am. first question before the receptionist handed me a slew of forms to fill out was she wanted my driverslicense and my insurance card...well I had no insurance and said I was paying cash...she disappeared to the back and then came back reluctantly handed me the papers. so I filled them in and handed them to the girl and waited 45 minutes...no one had come in the door during that time another 15 min and some one came in and was waited on right away. finally about 20 min later I was ushered in to a pristine office and the receptionist said a doctor would be with me shortly. more waiting there was a 2 page brochure and a video frame going with beautiful pictures. no license no certifications degrees books or anything on the [redacted] to indicate I was in a doctors office at all. some women came in and said she was a doctor would take an xray into another room to wait with a gown on .....no exam no explanation of what this office does no tour nothing....she took one dorsal/frontal xray and to me who is a nurse she wasnt in the room long enough to press the button...instead of coming back with the xray putting it on the light box to look at with me( most offices have xrays develop right away) the receptionist came back in and told me the dr will review and I can come back...so I get dressed it is now almost noon(almost 4 hrs later) and make the first appointment appointment for the following tuesday. monday night about 730pm I get a call from that receptionist saying the dr WILL NOT see me. I asked her what she meant by that and she said I would have to talk to the dr. so I called first thing to talk to dr and I was told by that same girl he was with a patient so how did they fill my time slot so fast when the office had just opened. I called several times during that day and never got to talk to md. I was worried maybe they saw something too unusal I never did get an answer. I tried to look up credentials for this office but didnot have much luck and gave up...talking to people I have heard that office just gouges the insurance companies and really is money hungary but I believe the whole expeirence was totally unprofessional. I think the state should investigate them for fraud and revoke license if they even have one. I have been a nurse for over 20 yrs and my dad was a dr and mom a nurse I know how offices and drs work. gcr rn I am not a customer of this office, never got that far. I believe they tossed my information

THIS INSTITUTION IS A MONEY SCAM

I went to the chattanooga spine and nerve clinic seeking help. The only thing I received was more anxiety. The first day the people where friendly. When I went back for my results the doctor told me that I had stage 3 spinal stenosis. I was in shock needless to say I'm only 33 how did this happen I'm wondering. When the doctor preceded to tell me there was a way to treat this called spinal decompression. Before all this has even had a minute to sink in he asked me could I afford this treatment? I did not answer right away he asked again in a stern voice I said can you afford 250 a month. I said no he said can you afford 200 a month once again I said no. He stood up looked me straight in my eyes and said well I guess there's nothing I can do for you. Before I realized what just came out of his mouth he was already in the hall staring me out of his office. Now I see the commercials that the Chattanooga spine and nerve clinic is here to help people. Yeah they help the ones who pay cash and if you can't afford it they will make you feel worse then before you went in. The anxiety and pain they left in my heart is sad. When money out ways human life and suffering you know this place may not be for me. Hope this is helpful and it doesn't happen to someone else.
