The store called on a Friday and told me my vinyl windows had been repaired and were ready to pick upI arrived at the store at 3PM and the store was locked with the lights outThe sign on the door said they were open until 4PMThey didn't have the courtesy to tell me they were closing early and no apology was offeredThey also told me that the repairs would cost $4/sq ftI measured the windows and came up with sq ftThe cost plus tax should have been $I was charged $Not a good place to do business withI was overcharged and very poor customer service
