I initially contacted the sales rep for this company on May 17th, 2020. He stated that he could have the bodysolid G9S home gym for me in 2-3 weeks, so I cancelled my order with another company and went with them due to the fast delivery that was stated to me. The machine was not delivered until the end of June (almost 6 weeks). The manufacturer website for the home gym states that all new G9S gym purchases are supposed to come with the 50lb upgraded weight stacks on both stacks. The sales rep spoke with the owner of the company and told me I was correct about them owing me the upgraded weights after I showed them the website that stated that. It is now August 7th, 2020 and I have received one of the 50lb weight stack upgrades, but not the other. Now the sales rep has refused to respond to my texts for the past 2 weeks and so this is why I am writing this complaint. I have documented evidence of the company stating they owe it to me as well as the manufacturers website stating that I am supposed to get this. I have paid for the system and not only has everything taken longer to get than they tell me, but they refuse to give me what I am owed and have paid for.

This should be directed to the company Body Solid as this customer found false information on their website not our website as far as the time it took to receive this gym , there is a pandemic going & freight providers are not running at full capacity which delays orders . I personally spoke to Mr *** this past Saturday explained I would personally pay for a 2nd weight stack out of my pocket to resolve this issue which no one at Body Solid could find on their website as the customer stated he should had received , we have many satisfied customer & many other customers who would love to already have their home gym installed

I agree that since the time I initiated this complaint I have spoken with the owner and was in agreement with the owner's decision to resolve this problem.
