the paperwork will be approved for the new center so that we may enroll *** familiesOn July 28th, *** *** spoke with our *** *** *** about his children starting at our schoolThe only paperwork that we received from *** *** was the birth certificates of his children*** *** stated that our school needed all of the paperwork filled out and completed prior to their start date*** *** said that he would bring in all paper work the day his children would start on August 1stOn July 31st, *** *** noticed that our new center had not been approved for *** *** called the *** office and received no call backOur *** *** called the *** and spoke with the mother to inform her of the situation*** *** called demanding an explanationOur *** ***r, *** ***, told *** *** that our old center doesn’t have room and that the new center will not be open because the contract between *** and our school had not been approved*** *** asked when the new center will be available for his children*** *** stated that she did not know when it would be available because the contract needed to be approved and no one was returning our phone callsTo ease the situation, *** *** took the initiative to find child care for his children until we could resolve the issueShe gave child care information to the family and they were not pleased*** *** was very upset and demanded that our school give him money*** *** informed *** *** that the situation was not in our hands*** *** stated that he should contact *** to find another school or let them know to contact us so that we can get the contract approvedDespite our staff not seeing his children, *** *** yelled at *** *** over the phone about how our school was racist and owed money to him*** *** was taken back by the tone and words that *** *** used*** *** politely told *** *** to not contact our school if he yelled or made accusationsThe accusations that were made by *** *** were that our center was discriminatory, racist and dishonestThese accusations are not true because we did not know the race or ethnicity of his childrenDespite our request, *** *** called multiple times yelling and asking that we give him money or he would give our school bad comments on the internetHe proceeded to post negative reviews about our center on multiple sites because we did not give him money.After speaking with Supervisors on the delay of our contract, we finally received our contract on August 8thAs mentioned, we were told that we would have the contract in a weekIt is unfortunate that *** took so long and did not communicate with us until we got a hold of a supervisorThere was no breach of contract since the contract was between *** and not with *** ***We did everything we could to accommodate the *** family till we resolved the issue with *** *** only wanted to hear how we were going to pay them.We are one of the most diverse centers in ***It’s unfortunate that we have been falsely accused, at our center we are accepting of all races, ethnicities and genders. I am rejecting this response because: They were not polite or informing at allI did not call yelling, and I only said they were being descriminatory I said nothing of the race cardI did not threatened to post bad reviews for money, I posted bad reviews because they are badThey were trying to send my children to a different school because they did not want them thereThey couldn't give ANY specific reason on not taking in the children they agreed to take inFirst they said they needed fire inspections, then they said they didn't have enough computers and then they said they didn't have enough staffFurthermore, I was there on Friday the 28th of July, I took in all the documents and was sitting at the front desk filling out the paperwork and Flo informed me to take it home to complete and bring it back on Tuesday with the kidsFurthermore I requested them to pay for a month of babysitting since they had a verbal contract with me and a contract with *** to start the kids on August 1st with which we have notice to our current non *** babysitter and she was already filling their spots in her care. The amount of incorrect facts in their statement is slanderIt is so slanderous and suspicious that I couldn't get a simple phone call from ** *** (the ***) whom committed to our children's start dates and refused to follow through with a valid reason as to why and we couldn't get her on the phone even though multiple employees confirmed she was indeed in her officeWe were informed we had no right to request her to tell us the reason as to why. *** would NOT and I would put emphasis on that fact that they would NOT approve this if they did not have the room
