This bus company is the worst .. We took at 10 hour trip to tour Washington DC. The AC went out over 400 miles from our destination. IT WAS AWFUL we were in over 90 degree heat. The bus company did not offer a loaner bus or anything. We had to tour the city in a HOT bus with temps rising well over 95 degrees. The company would not provide water ice or ANYTHING. It literally rained inside the bus with no mats.
The company should be OUT OF BUSINESS.
