Knight Moving and Storage did not inform me of the need for estimates They could have told me when I first notified them of the damageI have received no e-mails and if they did call me as they said, no messages were left, and I would not have been aware of the callsEach time I talked with someone at Knight they could have informed me of the insurance estimates neededAfter many calls to them, I went ahead and had the repairs doneThe frame is not the same as the original, but I needed to preserve the painting I will send the invoice which was paid in full I am asking that Knight reimburse me for my out of pocket expense

This is in response to the complaint for Mrs. [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] took the painting to a repair shop to get an estimate to repair a broken picture with frame. She sent us a copy of the estimate. The estimated price to fix the broken frame was for $604.58. We have called and...
emailed her numerous times and advised her that our Insurance Company requires three estimates. We have not yet received the other two estimates and will not respond to our emails or call. We will pay for the damages that was done during transit for Mrs. [redacted]. We are still waiting on two more estimates to turn into our Insurance Company. They are the ones that make the final decision.Knight Moving & Storage
