In response to complaint ID#*** that you received about our business on 9/5/17, we are disappointed that our customers did not pursue contacting us, as Owners, first so that we could address their issues. We have been in contact with the customers and have worked otut a resolution to their
repair complaintIt is our understanding that they will be contacting The Better Bu:,iness Bureau to rescind their complaint as their desired settlement was achievedIf they don't rescind their complaint, we would appreciate a second opportunity to respond to the original complaint

In response to Complaint # ***, As far as work performed, the vehicle was first brought to us on 4/7/by flatbed and the transmission was rebuilt. The vehicle was test driven and functioning as it should. Customer picked up the vehicle, paid the $invoice and drove it
home. The second time the vehicle was brought in for repairs the diagnosis code indicated a defective torque converter. The transmission was removed and the torque converter was replaced. The vehicle was again test driven and functioning as it should. Customer picked up the vehicle and drove it home. The customer did not receive a bill/invoice as the customer was not charged for this repair. The third time the vehicle was brought in with a complaint of transmission slipping. The vehicle was test driven and was not slipping at that time. The vehicle was returned to the customer and no repairs were completed and therefore the customer did not receive a bill/invoice. The customer again called and stated she was having problems with her vehicle and we looked at it one again for a fourth time. There were no codes present however, when test driven it was determined that the transmission was urging (not slipping) between 45-mph. The transmission was then removed and found to have a stuck valve in the valve body. This was repaired and the transmission reinstalled. The vehicle was test driven and no longer surging. Vehicle was functioning properly and we delivered it to her home all at no additional cost to her. Again, the customer did not receive a bill/invoice. The customer had not incurred any additional charges after the initial rebuild, which is why she was not provided a bill/invoice for her subsequent visits. We typically do not write an invoice/bill for non-charged work performedThe customer has not contacted us since the fourth visit, nor reported any issues she may be having with this vehicle. If she is currently having issues with the transmission in this vehicle, we gladly continue to hour any warranty still in effect.Southeastern Transmission

These are some of the recorded proof of the problem with my vehicle. Also I will have to take a pic of the mileage from when southeastern transmission had it vs. the inspection mileage from one week later showing a 3,000 mile discrepancy. I feel that I have been extremely cooperative and patient, but still need my vehicle fixed. Southeastern Transmission has shown me that they are not reliable or experienced enough to do the work since I have had them do it 4 times now and still can not drive said vehicle. I now need to take this to someone else to have it repaired properly.
