I take groups on many trips throughout the year, so I get a lot of vans and buses. So I am very experienced when it comes to travel. I will say that in the 15 years of traveling with groups, that this was the worst travel experience I have been thru. First, I get on the 55 passenger bus and quickly find out that the audio doesn't work. The microphone, radio, sound for DVD player won't happen, because there is no radio. The owner "explained" to me that the radio was stolen and some lady in Nashville was supposed to bring it to the lot, but never did. So no DVD or microphone and now every time I want to say something to the group I have to yell. The owner did come down a little on price after I called him.
Then we pull out of the parking lot and things just get worse. Water from up above began to pour, not drip, pour onto the passengers on the left side of the bus. It did not stop the 6 hours it took to arrive at our destination. There were some girls whose shorts turned brown because they sat in a wet seat the whole trip. I have pics and video on my phone of the water. The owner said it was condensation, but when talking to the bus driver, he told me that he had been mentioning the leak for several months...hmmm
It doesn't stop there. The bus had no toilet paper and the window in the bathroom was propped open because the smell was so bad, before anyone from our group even used the bathroom. While on the trip, the bus driver had to stop to do something to the bus so it wouldn't overheat and multiple times he shut the AC off, so we began to sweat in order for the bus to not overheat.
The owner gave many excuses but everything he said was contradicted by the bus driver. Even the secretary said the bus was supposed to be in the shop and that they just wanted to rent it out. So it seems to me that this company is all about making a little bit more money rather than having a good product. I will never rent form these people again and neither should you.
