A leaking water heater had left us with a mess and no waterAfter calling several companies that couldn't schedule until the next week I found Hutson PlumbingThey came around hours after I called them and within hour they had finished the repairThey were extremely polite and promptThey even took the time to speak with our insurance company to make sure they would reimburse us for the repairsI would recommend this company to anybody looking for great service quickly!
Charges excessive rate In the cleaned a drain for 180.00, in Febthey charged ( for less than an hour ) I will never use them againThey use a christian front for unreasonable charge
Hutson plumbing showed up to fix my hot water pump. Charged me 150.00 after completed. 30 minutes later my basement floor was flooded. Which I will have to now redo the carpet downstairs, They came back and fixed it again and charged me another $250.00 do not use them At all.
I had a normal routine plumbing repair needed for my home (change a reducer) made a call to the office to set up am appointment, the person on the phone qouted me a fair price for my part and labor which was around $175 and 30 minutes of labor, after waiting all day for them to show up, they finally got here, and removed and installed the new piece, the job may have took almost an hour (closer to 45-50mins) the repair man then went to his van to write up my bill, after 10-15mins and calls to/from his cell phone, he came back to tell me the cost was going to be $352.00, I said that was not the price I was qouted earlier!! He stated due to other things going on and having to stop to get parts the time took longer, the price for the part was $90-100 dollars, there was no problems putting in the part, nothing to crawl thru or over, not for sure when the clock started for my repair? Maybe when I called earlier? Just be aware of the price your given over the phone, because it will probably be different when you receive your bill...
