Southern A/C & Heating Solutions Reviews (1)
My Home Warranty hired a worker from Southern A/C & Heating Solutions,LLC to check my AC since it was leaking water through a vent. On June 6th, the worker comes and states he has fixed the AC. On his written form he notes, "checked units operations unit is cooling at time of service found clogged drain line flushed out drain line and drain pan ran water into drain pan unit is draining properly."I arrived to my house today [redacted] and noticed my floor is wet. I see water leaking through a vent (same problem). I call the company stated above and a lady (Amanda) answers. I tell her that I need someone to come and check my AC since I have the same problem. She says that I would have to call my Home Warranty to proceed and that quote, "would have to wait until Monday." I asked to speak to her supervisor since I have no AC and yound children. She stated she was the supervisor. While I am calling the people from my home warranty, Amanda calls me back. She stated that she spoke to the technician [redacted] (the man who supposedly fixed the AC problem) and that I needed to contact a plumber. She is no longer able to help me.I told Amanda that Mr. [redacted] never mentioned anything of hiring a plumber. In fact, his written document stated that the AC was working well.My husband called [redacted] Company for a second opinion and the worker noticed and documented the following: "A/C Leakage water, found clogged drain need to clear and flush drain underneath, master showeroom lavatory followed drains, notice due to clogged water stain on ceiling, need to remove secondary knockout,....following drain need to isolate auxilary from primary and install a safety float switch to prevent over flown water..The [redacted] worker took pictures of the damaged areas and documented step by step as to what needed to be done to fix the problem. Southern A/C & Heating Solution took no responsibily in fixing the problem. My claim is for negligence and bad work ethic.
