We submitted invoices of all charges .Permit charges were not charged because we had no knowledge of them being needed by customer We offered to pull permits after being notified weeks later that they were needed , but customer refused to pay So for the customer to want monies refunded that they never paid is ridiculous. And for customer wanting us to refund money for electrical work done incorrectly by their electrician is ridiculousAnd I cant think of anything left on the floor of the cooler that would cost $to cleanThe only thing they may have been overlooked were wire pieces or insulation wrappers! Out of all the complaining about permit prices and cleanup prices the customer never mentioned any problem with what our responsibility was , the cooler. If we were being greedy we would have charged customer for every item and service we providedThe customer cant expect to get money back that they never paid! This is our last time responding to this issue! We appreciate your business! From: Darrell [redacted] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, November 13, 2016 10:56 PM To: drteam <[email protected]> Subject: [redacted] case [redacted]   In response to  customer complaint # [redacted] on 10/13/2016     we were called out to install a condenser unit ...

for walk in cooler on roof of bldg. We were told that all electrical work was installed by an electrician and ready to go. We wet out and installed the condenser unit and as we were about to power up unit , we noticed that the electrician provided wrong power voltage to rooftop. As a courtesy we reran the power to the roof from breaker box at no charge .After finishing up  rooftop installation .We checked system out side the walk in cooler , which we did not install , and noticed that the fans inside were smoking and cycling on and off. We investigated and found that the electrician who ran power to walk in cooler evaporator fans had 220 volts powering a 115 volt system. We reran the power to the fans from the breaker box and did not charge customer .After all work was finally finished . We received a call the next day saying the was cooling down to 45 degrees no lower. I informed customer that it temp was set to 45 and that if he set the thermostat lower the unit would cool lower. 40 degrees is the temp a walk in cooler should be set to. Customer was instructed on how to turn temp lower and said that if it didn’t go lower he would call back. 4 days passed and customer notified us that he needed us to supply structural plans for the walk in cooler to obtain a permit . We informed customer that we did not install the walk in only the rooftop condenser , so he needed to contact who ever installed. 3 weeks later the customer contacted us stating they needed us to pull permits from city for unit. WE notified the customer that if we were to pull permits and do permit work , we would charge $500.00 which we did not initially charge. Customer responded that they would not pay . We informed customer that we could not do this for free and that all companies charge for permits to be pulled . They refused to pay . Said they would get someone else to pull. I am sending a copy of invoice and emails. The customer never paid for permits to be pulled and stated per email how we did a fantastic job until we refused to pull permits for free.
