All charges were discussed prior to doing the job This was NOT a clean and the customer new this .We did not clean a squirrel cage we cleaned up after a squirrel that got loose in his house and died .We got a signature on the contract at the end of the job .Thank you Mandy S*Dirt

BackgroundWe are a promotional products company that provides branded items for sale mainly to other businesses including ceramic mugs.The norm is for a customer or prospect to inquire about an item, submit their logo, we provide pricing and other details for them to make a decision.Once a customer
places and order, we send a Purchase Order and art (customer's logo) to a manufacturer (supplier) that we work with, proof the product for our customer and with their approval, have the supplier complete the order. Thus, our customer recieves a finished product (ieceramic mug with their logo on it)Case in QuestionThis particular customer contacted us about purchasing blank mugs, which we will sell, but is not the norm.Our sales representative discussed different mug styles with them and they settled on the one they ordered.They told our sales rep that they would be doing the printing (sublimated / full color printing on the mugs) and she (our sales rep) let the customer know on more than one occassion that we cannot guarantee that their printing process would work on the blank mugs because we have no idea on their equipment, process, etc. Thus, the reason that our supplier's provide a completed product. The customer at this point was comfortable with moving forward and ordered the blank mugs. When they rec'd them, their printing process did not work on the mugs as stated below and asked for a refund. Our response, was we are more than willing to provide a refund on the mugs, but they would have to pay for return shipping to our supplier. They obviously did not think this was a fair resolution as stated below.Hope the above makes sense and certainly let me know if you have any questions or need further information
I spoke to Aubrey Thoede he is the one who does the commercials on the radio and he said that for that special its the first 5 callers sometimes he will do the first 10 callers . Thank you Mandy [redacted]Dirt Free Carpet

Hello, I read their response and it appears this company is trying to be funny by claiming they didn't clean a "SQUIRREL CAGE" and that a squirrel had got into my Mother's house and died. That didn't happen. This company apparently doesn't even have the intelligence or knowledge that a squirrel cage is to the blower fan blade in the AC unit that they were suppose to clean. Their company refers to the AC squirrel cage when selling this service but now seems to want to make lies and jokes about a squirrel cage. I have attached a photo of the squirrel cage that wasn't cleaned as a reference. This company is just horrible and it is a shame companies like this continue to operate without fear of repercussion.

If you call the radioffice company [redacted] they will tell you this was not true. The ad in may never mentioned anything about being the first 5 or 10 caller. I have heard the ad several times with no mention of that which is why I went online. If that was the case I would have never went online.
