I called for a repairNEVER took it apartTold me I needed a $fix, plus $for looking This was Thursday, was told he would order the part, should be back to fix it on WednesdayWednesday I called and was told " I'll check into it and call you back" NO CALL WAS RETURNEDThursday I called again, thinking maybe they are busy"what's your name and number I'll call you back" NO CALL WAS RETURNEDI called again Friday morning, this is over a week later"what's the model number?? I'll check and call back" (meanwhile I hear him in the background saying that part should be here) NO CALL BACKMonday morning my husband calls and they tell him the part is on back order and will be two weeksNOBODY CALLED TO TELL US THIS OR WE WOULD HAVE SAID NEVER MINDAt his point it's been a week and a halfThey will send my money backOn Thursday I get a text wanting my addressStill in disbelief that she's asking my address when they already have itToday is WednesdayA week and a half after the owner told my husband he would send the moneyGot a call this morning wanting my address AGAINShe said the envelope was returned by the post officeI gave her my address and she says "that's what I have, maybe I wrote it too sloppy" I had to hang up!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE EVER!!!! I can't believe people do business like thisNEVER will I call them for anything or recommend them to anyoneThe sad thing is they live a few miles from me and could have dropped it off just as easy has he took my check and went straight to the bank with it

This statement is in response to ID # [redacted] from the Revdex.com concerning customer [redacted] .Attached to this letter are the signed warranty from [redacted] and his invoiceWe sold [redacted] a [redacted] Refrigerator on the 17th of August and it was sold at the price of $ where then he picked it up and took it to his home approximately to miles away from our store across a mountain areaWhen he called in to our store days later I Christy Barnes answered the phone and while on the phone began to locate our copy of his warranty to see which refrigerator he purchased so that I may get a better idea of what was going on with that particular refrigeratorI found the paper and looked at our schedule to see when we could squeeze him in.At this point having a completely filled day already I did not see where we could fit [redacted] in on this day so I said that the earliest we could get to you is tomorrow morning [redacted] then comes off with some comments against our store and says that we will have to give him his money back when he just brings it back to the store later, I then informed him that we do not give refunds as per our warranty states, and that the way he was talking was being ignorantHad he calmed down and realized tomorrow morning was the best we could do, let's go with that, maybe he wouldn't have been so rudeAt this point he started becoming really upset over the word ignorant and starts saying he is going to get the Revdex.com involved and his lawyer, so having delt with those type of people before I realized this wouldn't help and told him my name and that was the owner of Southern Appliance Repair and to have a nice day, then I hung up the phone.I deal with many many customers every day and yes we have had appliances with problems in the past but we always get out to the residence as soon as possible and at the end of that experience the customers are nice and courteous and always come back to our store to purchase appliances againIt is as simple as learning patience and being politeOur sincere apologies to [redacted] for not blowing off our six customers who waited for their service on the appliances in their homes for a week and coming straight out that day, that minute to take care of only himThat is the main reason why he was flying off the handle so to sayIn conclusion there will be no refund given for the [redacted] Profile Refrigerator however if it is brought back to our store for repair by someone other than [redacted] , I will be sure it is repaired for free of char [redacted] even though the warranty states he is responsible for partsThen someone could pick it up within two days of being dropped off so that we can make sure it is tested thoroughly and no longer will need to be in contact with [redacted] as to not upset him or have to deal with any comments from him towards myself or my employeesThe appliances in our store are used not new and people know that when they buy themWe always want our appliances to work for many years yet in reality, you can buy a brand new appliance these days for a whole lot more money and as soon as you start using it problems occur, so I am sorry for having to wait until the next morning to make it rightChristy B(Owner)

There are statements in the responds that are just not true,Miss b[redacted] called me ignorant,but it don't matter she said I was being ignorant,and the question is why would she say that to any customer,she told me my warrenty was voided because I was ignorant no reason for that,She did not say they would come to fix the refrigerator the next day ,her statement was,QUOTE I don't no when we can get over there,maybe tomorrow. UNQUOTE.I HAVE SPOKE WITH OTHER PEOPLE THAT SAY THEY HAVE HEARD BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS.So after telling me my warranty was voided,I had to call a repair shop to come look at the refrigerator,he is lic.and well known in the community,his diagnostics was a leak in the lines,losing freon,also the workmanship was very bad,it will cost a $150,to repair it and $85.00 for the visit.I'am holding the business responsible for that bill.This is the worse experience I have ever had and the mental anguish is unbearable,I now demand that miss B[redacted] pay the bill for the repairs to the refrigerator totaling $235.00. and this matter can rest.
