Although everyone involved with the job was pleasant to deal with I was
basically cheatedTerry T***'s business promised to spray and prep the driveway before paving but did neither and now I have weeds growing up through the asphaltHe promised to lay asphalt inches deep but in many, many places it is not only less than that but is less than a half inchTree roots were not completely cut out as promisedThe type of asphalt used was lacking in sand content and now the rocks are beginning to flake outThey told me it was top quality asphalt but they had to have known it was subpar materialMany places were not properly rolled and has left the driveway very porousThey ruined a functioning drainage system by rolling asphalt over it even though they promised they could protect itThey paved over rotting tree stumps and now the asphalt is caving inThey paved halfway onto drainage hosesInstead of removing or requesting that the bottom parts of gutters be removed, they paved right into themAt the end, they had asphalt left over so they added it to the end of the driveway, creating a dip where they ran outWhen asked to correct these problems before they were paid, they cut up part of the driveway and tried to fill it back in with cooled asphalt they reheated with a blow torchThat didn't work so they gave upThey pulled the gutter away from the house to try to release it from the asphalt they stuck it in As substantial cracks developed within the next month I called several times to have it remediedEleven months later and they still haven't come to make it right even though they promised to do so
