Review: Today is Sunday, April 12. My AC thermostat says replace battery. The AC is not blowing cold and it is very hot. I replace the battery and now it won't do anything. I call the company's on call service only for them to say there is no tech on Sunday's. Previously several ceramic tiles is my living room were releasing from the floor. The maintenance man came a few days later and replaced them with a smaller tile of another color and left the area ungrouted with tape over it saying do not walk on. This would be impossible since I have a toddler. As of today that was about 2 months ago. I have called office previously stating that my outside porch light was not working and the response I got was to get in a chair and change it. The cable outlet never worked it's has been reported over 6 months ago and is still broken. The day after I moved in I walked into the full bath only for it to be flooded with water. The water was coming from a leak in the ceiling above the bathtub. The first report took several weeks to get someone to come out and all he did was throw bleach in the ceiling a get rid of the mold. It continued to leak. A few weeks later he cut the molded area out and replaced it perfectly. Yet the next day it was leaking again and all of the material left a mess in my bathtub. In late January the problem was finally fixed. At least I thought! As of Saturday April 11 it is back leaking!Desired Settlement: I would like the problem areas fixed or a refund of my full security deposit so I can move to a better place.

Review: The Brentwood Apartment Management Team has been contacted on numerous occasions over a two week period by the Lessee's residing [redacted] and in * regarding dog manure being dropped the Lessee's dogs in Apartment 2 on walkways, grounds in the front entrance of the building. In addition, the Brentwood Management Team, appears to be reluctant to resolve the issue. The front of the building is congested with dog manure and the area has become unlivable due to the dog manure and the odors.In addition, The Brentwood Management Team has failed to repair the door bell for [redacted] as well as the ceiling that is falling down on the 2nd level of the breezeway.Desired Settlement: Have the Lessee located at [redacted] ceased having their dogs use the apartment area for their dogs to dump. In addition, be- come more responsive the service repairs in a timely manner. I.E. the door -bell. Create an avenue for the Lessee to voice complaints to the responsible parties for the Lessor. Photos can be provided if requested.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Southern Breeze, LLC regarding complaint ID 10212276, however , only part of the issue has been resolved. A problem still exist with the ceiling in the breezeway.
