This company has replaced roofs on two different properties for me over the last years Up until recently, their customer service has been good I needed a patch job on a roof that they replace due to a tree limb falling on the roof I've been in contact with the company and they agreed to take the job, so I didn't search for another contractor For the last two months, I've been trying to get them to take care of this situation, but have been unsuccessful (this request was placed before the hail storm) They couldn't even give me an estimate of when they may come out Now, I'm unable to get a return phone call, only voice mail It's been very distressing for both me as the owner of the property and the property occupants
