This complaint is in relation to a home her brother wanted to rent. He contacted this office on 7/17/14 via email. Per company policy we emailed him a rental application. We never heard anything further from him. We feel this is blown out of proportion. We admit that she left several messages on our answering machine, and we certainly tried to call her back and I personally left a message on her voice mail that was never returned. We have provided them with the information that is required and are waiting on a response from them.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I have NEVER had a call back from this company or number; my brother wanted the courtesy of anyone calling him back and as of yet he has NEVER received one call back from [redacted], the company or anyone from this company! BAD Business;I keep calling potential clients if I don't get someone; HE WANTS to see the place BEFORE he puts a rental application in!!!!!!Final Business Response I have contacted Ms. [redacted] personally and responded to her concerns. The application process that we go through is company policy and has been for as long as this company has been in business. We do not charge any application fee, but we are required to pre-qualify applicants before rental property is shown. Ms. [redacted] does not agree with our policy and that is her right to disagree. She has denied that we returned a phone call and left her a message. I personally called and left the message. We are happy to try to assist her brother in any way possible and hope that this resolves the issue that Ms. [redacted] has reported.
