My husband and I had Dan *** come to our house not once but twiceAnd after we discussed everything we were looking for, Dan said he would get back to us with a quoteWe waited a couple of weeks, he never called, we then called him againHe said he would get right back to usWe waited again, still no word from himWe called him FOUR times and he still NEVER returned our callHow unprofessional, inconsiderate and out and out rudeI would definitely NOT recommend doing business with someone who does not do what they say they are going to do

I contacted Carpet One of Hopkins upon referral from a realtor Dan came out to measure my house and discuss possible flooring options He said he would have the estimate the next week I sent emails indicating which carpet and which vinyl I was interested so I could get a quote I emailed the store at least twiceI never heard back from them
