Revdex.com, There are always two sides to every storyl am pleased to give our side of the story which is backed up by documents to establish the truth. On March 18th, 2016, we leased a *** to the above customerOur leasing arrangement, which was agreed to, is that all maintenance on the used vehicle is the lessee's responsibilityIn other words, leasing a used car is the same as buying the used car as it pertains to maintenance and repairsOur lease also gives the customer the right to return the car at any time and not owe the rest of the lease paymentsThe lessee would only owe for damages to the car or repairs not completed. The right to return at any time protects the lessee from a bad experience and allows the peace of mind that they are not stuck with a car they don't likeCars are all checked over before lease and in this case even during the leaseOur mechanic checked the car and it was fineThe Lessee above did not mention in her complaint that she drove the car over 9,miles before the current problem. This customer has been non-compliant and in,default of the lease the entire timeShe admits in her complaint that she is again non-compliant by $We have worked with her to help her get caught up many timesShe let her insurance lapse several times which also defaults the leaseOne time she paid with her boyfriend's credit card and he disputed the chargeAs far as maintenance goes, she did not have oil change done on timely mannerWe could have and should have taken the car back from her several times overWe finally had enough. Broken motor mounts and broken axles are not common maintenance problemsThey are caused or contributed to by driving conditions or by the driverThey were not broken when she got the car, and she drove the 9,miles between March and OctoberShe owes for the repairWe find it hard to believe that she would take sufficient care of our car given her inability to keep up with the payments and insurance. We recovered the car from her per the conditions in the lease which she agreed to in MarchShe has no ownership in a leased car and no rights with the lease in defaultWe will be happy to furnish her payment record which show late payments and no paymentsWe can also furnish all the cancellation notices from her insurance but it a moot point when she admits to the default in her complaint. Cleveland, OH 44115 RE: Customer Complaint *** Dear Revdex.com, This is my last attempt to explain to you that the problem is with this customer, not the carWe have the car back from the lessee and have found that the car is no longer roadworthyShe drove the car 9,miles and has torn it up to a point that she can not afford the repairsShe comes to you complaining that the car was broken when she got itIt was not brokenShe drove it 9,miles between March and NovemberNow she wants all her money backWouldn't we all like to destroy something that belonged to someone else and then get the money back that we paid in along the way? You need to stop listening to someone that is clearly in the wrong but believes that they can get someone else to finance their lifestyle if they whine long enoughIt will cost a minimum of $3,to put the car back on the roadShe has no money, so we are stuck with that costWe are certainly not going to refund money to her that she paid for the use of the carShe did not purchase the car, she leased itShe agreed to pay for any needed repairs along the wayShe did not maintain the carWe recovered the car from her when we found the deplorable that it was in. She needs to take the lease that she signed to an attorney and maybe they can explain the responsibility to herThe lease payments were for the use of the car and were used up as she drove the carShe can't undrive the car to unwind the leaseThe lease gave her the right to return at any timeShe did not return itThe lease required payments on timeHer chargeback of even one payment defaulted the leaseWe would be happy to send you her payment record if that is part of the dispute. We should go after her in court for the repairs that she caused, but we feel that would be fruitlessSince we have not done that, we feel this is done and overShe was not responsible enough to have another car from us.
