Southern Chop Shop

Complaint21 Dec 14,took deer for processing,confirmation # XXXXXXXXX.I have called several times and went to the place without any results.Where's my Deer?21 Dec 14 took deer for processing to Southern chop shop. confirmation # for deer is XXXXXXXXX. TWRA # XXX-XXX-XXX. One of the employees helped with the paperwork for the processing. I have talked with Rhonda and have been told that the deer would be ready every Monday since I carried it. The Mgr name is Brandon, but he is never available. Today while on the phone with them I over heard a man who was upset because they had LOST his deer. Wish I had known that the place was not sanitary and that I would have such a problem getting my deer processed. Deer will be probably be unfit to eat since it has been hanging so long in the cooler, most likey rotten!!Desired SettlementSame amount of beef,to replace the venison, since deer season is over,or money for the time and meat that I have lost due to their poor service, also an inspection by the Health Dept and Paperwork checked by the TWRA.Business Response I will be willing to replace his deer with equivalent beef. We are not unsanitary I would prefer that term not be used the deer may have lost its tag and not able to be located that way.
