He and his crew are great. They were flexible with their schedule, did a great job bolting our foundation and earthquake retrofitting our house, and they were OK with being paid out of escrow. He's report was very thorough and informative, and his inspection fee was credited toward the foundation work. The crew was very respectful and friendly and kept everything very clean in the house.

I own a real estate company and have to deal with contractors and construction companies on a regular basis. I first contacted Southern Coast Construction because of the reviews I found here and another site. They responded to my request immediately and within a week I had a full proposal for my client to review. The job consisted of retrofitting and reinforcing a badly damaged raised foundation on a single family home. They started the job on the exact day that the contract stated and finished way ahead of schedule... Both of these things rarely, if ever, happen when dealing with contractors. The work was excellent and I am extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I'd like to give an extra "shout out" to him, the very pleasant coordinator that handled all of my calls and emails.

Great guy, he recently helps my house replace all thirteen windows and new exterior paint. He did a great job, and better than I expected, he did more than I asked for. If you ask me, if he is reliable, 2 thumbs up, for him. Great Job.

When we bought our home, we were alarmed to discover that it wasn't level. We wanted to do some remodeling, but needed to address this issue first. Southern Coast Construction Inc, assured us that they could raise the house, replace all of the piers and posts - without damaging the plumbing or the heating ducts. They were right! If you want the best, look no farther than Southern Coast Construction. Owner and his crew not only know what they are doing, they do it the best! We needed to tile 2 balcony decks and these went from being an eyesore to being fabulous. He's estimate was spot on, he and his crew were timely and professional. We loved the work they did and are ready to move on to our next home improvement, with Southern Coast Construction.
