We've had two projects done by Southern Coast Construction; a total kitchen remodel and later small bathrooms were remodeled They not only do excellent work in the agreed to time frame, but the communication between the workers, the supervisor with me couldn't have better I will definitely use them in the future for my next major remodel I could not be happier with my experience

I own a real estate company and have to deal with contractors and construction companies on a regular basis I first contacted Southern Coast Construction because of the reviews I found here and another site They responded to my request immediately and within a week I had a full proposal for my client to review The job consisted of retrofitting and reinforcing a badly damaged raised foundation on a single family home They started the job on the exact day that the contract stated and finished way ahead of scheduleBoth of these things rarely, if ever, happen when dealing with contractors The work was excellent and I am extremely pleased with their service and professionalism I'd like to give an extra "shout out" to him, the very pleasant coordinator that handled all of my calls and emails

We needed to tile balcony decks and these went from being an eyesore to being fabulousHe's estimate was spot on, he and his crew were timely and professional We loved the work they did and are ready to move on to our next home improvement, with Southern Coast Construction
