I requested an A/C tune-up and technician completed service for $60.00, technician recommended a contactor replacement, I asked the price it was $275.00
This business charged $275.00 for a contactor replacement and when I checked next day on the web and found out that part is only $25.00-$40.00 price range.
Their technician was already there, and replacement took 15 minutes.
I called their customer service but They did not want to understand the issue. Technician was already there for a tune-up, did not have to drive for an a/c issue. There was no additional driving or any additional cost for the business - only 15 min. labor.
I requested a partial refund and keep tha new part or replace the new part with old one for a $275.00 (full refund for the contactor only).
