I am rejecting this response because: I HAVE BEEN PROMISED THE REFUND SEVERAL TIMES. THE RESPONSE FROM COMFORT BOYS DOES NOT REPRESENT THE COMMITMENT MADE TO ME WHEN I PAID FOR THE PARTS AS STATED IN THE COMPLAINT AND VERIFIED WITH LENNOX CONSUMER AFFAIRS REF # *** THAT I WAS NEVER SUPPOSE TO PAY FOR THE PARTS TO BEGIN WITHONCE I RECEIVE THE CHECK IN FULL I WILL RECONSIDER THE COMPLAINT AGAINST COMFORT BOYS AND CONSIDER DROPPING FUTURE ACTION AGAINST COMFORT BOYSONCE AGAIN AS RECENT AS YESTERDAY 2-13-LENNOX CONFIRMED THEY NEVER HAD RECEIVED ANY PAPERWORK FROM COMFORT BOYS FOR ANY CLAIM TO PAY ME BACK SEE REFERENCE # FOR VERIFICATION.

check has been mailed 2-14-17 total 268.90  check # [redacted] Should receive check by thurs or friday this week.  We have not received funds on our end from Lennox, we never send monies before we have been paid, but since you have now proceeded this far, we will send even though...

it's against our policy just to make you happy.
