Mr. [redacted],
First, I sincerely regret that you have had a negative experience with us.  I am currently looking into this and aim to resolve it quickly and amicably.
A few facts from our side:
- [redacted] informed me that he and you discussed...

this very thing last Friday and that he committed to assess your garage this week (I believe scheduled for Friday), today you placed your Revdex.com complaint
- When you paid us 1 year ago everything was good, now 1 year later (> warranty period) everything is not
- Against our own warranty, we returned to your home several times to pump even more mud than we recommend under your garage and order, and pumped layer atop layer of stabilizing soil
- We cannot and do not warranty any structure to any level, not to mention 'perfect'- this is contractual: that we will do our best to do so but cannot always
- We supplied you with a considerable amount of pumped slurry, (trucks of dirt under the garage) raising, some leveling and most importantly stabilization, and today you are demanding a full refund, for no services rendered
- [redacted] will as this week whether the work was maintained (per contract); back-fill, grading, cracks, rain/gutter flow, etc., which we usually overlook more times than not for our warranty customers, but can no longer here due to your immediate actions
- Though a very rare occurrence for us, we have learned that without protecting ourselves we can be taken advantage of.  Thus we do have an attorney in house who is very familiar with our practices and promises, as well as Gov. Perry's torte reform, who will review this too.
- You have my commitment to work with you to resolve this, as we have never not resolved any complaints in this company amicably,
[redacted] should have contacted you whilst I wrote this.  Please feel free to contact me directly any time.

[redacted],
First and foremost, my sincere apologies, we seem to have had a couple of complaints regarding [redacted] work, nonetheless, [redacted] and [redacted] (the whole crew) for let go last Thursday, for this trend mostly.
Onto you- please allow me to provide...

you will a full refund as I always do with a customer dissatisfied with our work for the right reasons.
Finally, as I do not have a single message from you, and this whole thing could have been resolved with one of those such calls, please please provide me with specific #, time, called from/where... anything I can work with to discover how I could possibly miss and/or ignore 6 of your calls, thus bringing this to this level here.  Thanks
