Thank you for contacting [redacted] College about a complaint submitted by [redacted] regarding a lab book she prepaid for from the Southern Connecticut State University Bookstore, a store that [redacted] manages, located at [redacted] We apologize for any confusion that may have occurred with Ms. [redacted] request for a refund for a lab book she did not receive.
