Failure to deliver pre-paid design services and products for a home remodeling project or respond to requests by certified letters for refund
On September 10, 2015, the Director of Southern Contracting Services (SCS) cashed my personal check in the amount of $2,for pre-paid design services and products for a home remodeling project I have asked repeatedly for completion of delivery of the survey documentation, plans, structural analysis, and HVAC test results listed in their invoice In addition, I requested verification of performance of any associated services by licensed personnel, if required, and confirmation that any subcontractors involved in providing the pre-paid items have been paid
The Director of SCS asked for several extensions to comply with my requests and I have granted those extensions In January 2016, I asked for delivery by Friday, January After over four months since they cashed the check, and two weeks of recent additional extensions, I saw no pro

They were paid but never did the work. Won't return my calls or my money.
