I bought a lot and choose [redacted] solely on the recommendation from a friend to build our dream lake home Two years later I have a foundation dug and that is it!! Two months into our build [redacted] had failed to get the needed permits and I was fined by Georgia Power Immediately following this news I fired *** At this point he disappeared with a lot of my money He has fired his lawyer, cancelled several mediation attempts and has dodged every attempt to get him in a court room During all this I find out his company lost every piece of property to foreclosure and he is also being pursued by as many as five other disasters! This is by far the largest and most expensive mistake I've ever made! Heade this warning or you will be chasing this elusive con artist!
