Complaint comments regarding Van Hyundai Carrollton service department ongoing issues and concernsI've already had to take my car back twice for the same repairs, first time it was not resolved and the second time was very unpleasant and unacceptable service/experienceI was informed my car was ready to be picked up on 6/30/at 7:22am but when I arrived I was ignored and had to figure out why I wasn't being helped, I still have not received my service receipt so there is no way I trust what was done to my if anything and my car was filthy not the way I brought it inI informed the service department yesterday out of the sensor lights one has yet again returned and back on again and I was questioned if it really came back on, who does thatI dropped my car off with 71mi until empty and it was returned with about 45mi until empty which I stated but service acted as if that was ok too but wanted me to refill their loaner car and keep mileage under 100mi per day which I didI only came to your dealership because I could not get into Huffines Hyundai Mckinney which I love and never receive such poor treatmentDue to this fact I will never return to Van Hyundai and will have to give poor reviews via social media etcSending me a coupon in the mail for a free car wash is not acceptableI shouldn't have to do all this for good service and I definitely shouldn't have to request several times for my receipt for service and each time there is an excuse given

As everyones experience with a car dealership is different and based on many factors. our experience with Van Hyundai this Labor Day weekend was amazing. I like many do not have stellar credit but I have to tell you this was the easiest transaction ever made. Michael our sales rep. Was Completely amazing we literally spent only a few hours here. One in the morning discussing what I wanted, wanted to pay , credit , money down if any and several options. We left our trade in for appraisal and several hours later. Came back, completed the test drive and now I am waiting for my finance packet. What an awesome experience. I got everything I wanted and am leaving a happy customer with the brand new vehicle I wanted. When reading reviews please take the time to form your own opinions. One never really knows what the other side of the story is on the negative reviews. Super glad I based my visit on my own opinion and experience.
