I've contracted southern door & trim LLC to build my backyard deck on Jul The deck was completed with a faulty shaking unsafe deck benches which I addressed with Jeff (the owner) and he promised to come back and make the correction to reinforce the bench Jeff was all nice and professional up to the point of being paid as soon as I paid Jeff I never heard back from him He looked me in the eye and promised to come back and correct the faulty shaking benches on the deck I've called, text and email Jeff several times and he totally ignored me Today is Dec and I'm yet to hear back from Jeff Very dishonest and unprofessional Stay away from this company I usually use [redacted] for all my projects but this one time decided to try a contractor / company on [redacted] and this is a very bad experience I'm shocked that [redacted] would have such an unprofessional dishonest company operating on their site Stay away from Southern Door & Trim, LLC Ephraim

Jeff was all nice and professional up to the point of being paid as soon as I paid Jeff I never heard back from him.

He looked me in the eye and promised to come back and correct the faulty shaking benches on the deck.

I've called, text and email Jeff several times and he totally ignored me.

Today is Dec 1 2015 and I'm yet to hear back from Jeff

Very dishonest and unprofessional

Stay away from this company
