Review: I had this company repair my truck radio. Cost me $200.00. This company warranted their work for 1 year. Repaired my radio on 5/15/2015. Radio failed this week 6/12/2015.This company refuses to answer my email request for instructions as to what to do.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as their add also states ," if we cant fix it is free".It is obviously not fixed!

Revdex.com Complaint Dept Case # [redacted] • We repaired Mr. [redacted] truck radio on 5/19/15 and returned unit to customer with a one year warranty on the repairs • We did not receive any email notifications regarding this and no call from the customer about any Issue, we became aware of this problem when we received correspondence from Revdex.com • We immediately contacted our customer apologize for the inconvenience and instructed on how to return the unit AT NO CHARGE for us to diagnose • Mr. [redacted] informed us that the radio appears to be working fine now and that he would contact Revdex.com to correct his statement I have included a copy of the email dialogue between my Radio Service Manager Ron [redacted] and Mr. [redacted]. If there is anything else that I should provide please contact me [redacted], Office Manager [redacted]

Dealt with other electronic repairs before,as far as I'm concerned DONT"T look any where else!!!! These guys are 110% PROFFESONALS!!!

A fantastic experience. The technicians at Southern Electronics are geniuses and did what [redacted] claimed "could not be done." Quinton was very professional and it did not take long for them to fix my problem. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future.

Called Southern Electronics after the local [redacted] dealer quoted me almost 700 dollars to replace my 2004 [redacted] instrument cluter. This company quoted me 235 with a 24 hour turn around, dealer turn around was one week since they had to order it. With a money back guarantee and good customer reviews I gave them a shot. It has been almost a month and every thing is still work 100% on my instrument panel, it is nice to know how much gas I have left. GREAT EXPERIENCE

My experience was fully satisfying. I shipped to them a radio/HVAC unit from a 2003 Honda Accord. Included was a list of problems. They fixed all of the listed problems and a couple that I didn't list -- all for the stated price. The turnaround time was way quicker than I expected and they paid all of the shipping costs. Great job guys!

Review: I went to this establishment to have my vehicle calibrated. When the person ([redacted]) that calibrated my vehicle he walked back into the establishment he place my keys and the document on the counter top. Proceed to walk to the back of the establishment but I guess I interrupted his plans. I ask him politely to explain the paperwork. He comment was as follow " if you are trying to get out and ticket it will not help. " Then he chuckle and walked off. I stood there for a minute trying to get myself together but I never felt so humiliated. Its not so much o f what he said its how he said it and laugh about the situation. So insensitive. Normally I would let this go but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

The reason I brought the vehicle up to that place was because they had fixed my speedometer earlier this year.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. No apologies needed because I will never set a foot in this place again even if I have a problem with my speedometer: I will take it somewhere else and just pay the full price.

I investigated complaint [redacted] regarding a speedometer accuracy test for [redacted] on Oct 15, invoice [redacted]. I spoke to the employee that did the test for her. Because the speedometer was not inaccurate he made a comment that the test certificate would not be useful to present to a judge in court. He said he did not chuckle, but based on the customer’s letter I cautioned him to be more tactful when presenting this very sensitive information to the customer. We also contacted the customer and apologized to her and refunded her money to try to make amends. She accepted our apology and I believe is satisfied with the resolution. We value our customers and respect their dignity. This was a mistake by a newer employee and we have reviewed the situation with all employees to avoid a similar situation.
