Complaint1000.00 deposit keep for no workon may 12 2011 I gave this company a 1000.00 deposit on a solar system for my house, I had to take care of my father for 2 years and did not get back with souther energy until 2013.when I did get back with southern energy I am getting no where with them. I guess this company charges 1000.00 for an estimateDesired Settlementi would hope they would do the right thing and refund at least 900.00 of my money.Business Response /[redacted]/Mr. [redacted] has responded to my emails and we are sending him a refund this week. He has agreed to close this case after receiving his refund. Here is the email I sent today:Mr. [redacted],Thanks for the email in response to your situation.SEM will refund you $900 as requested.And in return we expect you to drop the Revdex.com case as outlined below.We will be glad to get this situation settled too and will send the check this week.What address should we send to?Thanks,[redacted], [redacted]Southern Energy Management, Inc.Consumer Response /[redacted]/on feb 25th I finally received the check from sem.this case is closed thank you
