Disappointing and antagonistic customer service ABC Economy Appliance was appointed to troubleshoot the dishwasher we purchased from *** They came out a total of times, the first we were told we were using too much soap (not the case), the 3rd time a leak was finally observed and a patch kit installed which did nothingBy the 4th visit, they found that the bottom pan was warped from a manufacture defect and said they would contact [redacted] immediately for a replacementAfter several weeks, we called for an update and they said that the email they sent to [redacted] didn't go through because of a typo on the address line They corrected the typo and resent Several more weeks went by and nothingWe called recently to ask for a status and were told that it's out of their hands, they sent an email to [redacted] and that we need to take the issue up with [redacted] and ***The customer service we received has been disappointing, especially since their clerical error resulted in a delay that might push us over our warranty period She refused to assist us in contacting***, providing a phone number of someone we can talk to in order to expedite our claim, and has summarily dismissed us and our issue We do not recommend working with this business
