I'll keep it simple found worms in my food.
On Thursday morning April 11th I went into the cafe and purchased fruit as I do every morning. I was eating my fruit when I noticed a green worm crawling in it. I took it back to the cafe to get a refund and the manager didn't act surprised she had the nerve to say "That's what you get with fresh fruit" I didn't know fresh fruit meant it had worms in it.
To have a store credit for none perishable items as drinks chips and things in a bag that does not have to be touch by the workers who clearly don't wash the fruit they put out to the public

Southern Foodservice Management, Inc. is a national professional onsite dining contractor and we take this type situation very seriously. Our number one goal is Customer Satisfaction and Safety so we addressed this incident immediately upon notice from the Revdex.com. The situation was handled promptly by our Onsite Manager who apologized to the Customer and refunded her monies. Subsequently, our Regional Manager reached out to the Customer with a second apology along with an offer of Free Meal upon next visit to this Onsite Dining Facility. Then, our investigation confirmed the incident was created by our Fruit Supplier who allowed the critter to be delivered along with Strawberries. Even though our Standard Fruit Sanitizing and Washing Procedures had been followed, the critter somehow managed to stay on the product. To insure against a repeat of this first time incident, we investigated further and learned this was an isolated incident that had not been repeated at any of our other operations who used this Supplier. Nevertheless, to err on the safe side and in the interest of full responsiveness to this incident, we removed all products provided by this Supplier and shifted to a more premium level berry grower. We regret the occurrence of this incident and we're confident our actions taken will insure against a repeat of it ever. Our Customers are our top priority and we thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.
