DO NOT order from them!!! I ordered Christmas dresses and pajamas in early August Now they clearly state a week lead-time, but I contacted them via email, FB (they deleted my post!) & phone (left several VM) to be sure I would receive my order by week time frame and I have received NO response! After this, I started to investigate their business moreWOW! I would have NEVER ordered from them after reading other reviews here and on Yelp!! Many people waiting over weeks, some receiving no product Horrible business!! I have just called my CC company to start a claim Beware of this company (if it even is a legit company!)

I ordered a holiday item from this boutique in July of The company stated that the item would be shipped "within" weeks At this point (weeks later) I still have not received shipping confirmation and said holiday is weeks away!! Therefore, my children will only get weeks worth of wear out of the outfits I have attempted several different avenues to contact the boutique to no avail! This is extremely frustrating as a "former" customer as I will not be purchasing anything else from them

Filing complaint to alert Revdex.com that this business should be shut down Southern Frills participates in a very popular "pre-order" system for children's clothingThis means that a customer "pre-orders" and pre-pays for items that are then ordered from a larger wholesaler and delivery is much later, usually 6-weeks In July, I ordered items from Southern FrillsI received an initial receiptBefore ordering, I was aware that there was a week turn around before delivery, that was not a problem [redacted] After 12-weeks, I had no information from the company concerning my orderI sent emails and called twice with no replyThe first time I was able to leave a voicemail, the second time the mailbox was full After no responses, I wrote a [redacted] review about the company (alongside MANY others)Within minutes my money was refunded and the owner responded to my claim saying it was already refunded (which was not true- she literally refunded it minutes after my review was written) I do appreciate the refund, however I really wanted the items I orderedThe point of me filing with the Revdex.com is to be just another person reporting the poor business practices of this companyIn my opinion, this company should be shut downMore and more people will just end up in the same situation as I was inI already received a refund and am content with that [redacted]

First and LAST time I will ever buy from this companyDo NOT buy from them!!! At this point (13 weeks later) I still have not received shipping confirmation and said holiday is 3 weeks away!! Therefore, my children will only get 3 weeks worth of wear out of the outfits. In July, I ordered 3 items from Southern Frills. I received an initial receipt. Before ordering, I was aware that there was a 12 week turn around before delivery, that was not a problem.

After 12-13 weeks, I had no information from the company concerning my order. I sent 2 emails and called twice with no reply. The first time I was able to leave a voicemail, the second time the mailbox was full.

After no responses, I wrote a [redacted] review about the company (alongside MANY others). Within 10 minutes my money was refunded and the owner responded to my claim saying it was already refunded (which was not true- she literally refunded it 10 minutes after my review was written).

I do appreciate the refund, however I really wanted the items I ordered. The point of me filing with the Revdex.com is to be just another person reporting the poor business practices of this company. In my opinion, this company should be shut down. More and more people will just end up in the same situation as I was in. I already received a refund and am content with that. [redacted]
