I switched to Southern Green from [redacted] and it has been a vast improvement! My yard still isn't perfect but they have made some good progressI had [redacted] for about years and in a quarter of that time I have gotten rid of all my weeds and the grass is doing much betterStill got a ways to go but its good to see the progress which doesnt happen with a lot of other companies

First the people that work under upper management are great mangement hides behind these people when you have a problem and ask to speak to someone with the power to make a decision they just send you back to the people on the front line which have no authority to satisfy the customer The concept about do whatever it take to satisfy a customer (in reason ) is not their mission statement Last month I was yard of the month in my development The Southern Green person the treats the yard and accidently burn and killed about $of scrubs with the chemicals ..Owner and upper mangement refused to do anything I had Massey Lawn care for over years I left them because I was having some small issues and the SG salemen was their at the right time One thing about Massey they know customer service I'm very sorry I leftI would NEVER recommend Souther Green .The services people are great If you ever have problems your on your own They just don't care

Hired this company last December and to be honest at first it was rough. I guess they had some management changes but in March I was gonna quit but they sent out the new manager (I forget his name so forgive me!) but he came out and ever since then it has been dramatically different! He told me realistically how long it would take to get my lawn going and what they would be doing to get it there and so far everything he said has come true! Lets hope they keep it up!

This company should not be in business. First they quoted me $10.00 higher then my neighbor then they met the price but have had horrible service the entire time my grass looks like no one was treating it and a neighbor ask me about why it looks like that so I called their customer service manager who came out and said they would give me two free months however now they have never come out again and I was trying to give them another chance even though another company has quoted me a better price and could do the business but in the meantime this company was so unorganized they couldn't even get my bill right I had paid them and they kept billing me for what I already paid them I have bank records to prove I paid them and they finally didn't send me any more bills however when they say they're coming out they never do I don't get it maybe they give better service to the people that paid $10 more per month I am totally baffled as the lady they quoted the $10 list too has a much bigger yard than me with a fence and everything and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone on the face of the Earth they are absolutely horrible
