I grew up in a large family of gardeners, so when I contacted this company, I was well aware of the issues in my lawn, and the chemicals needed to correct these issuesUnderstanding that the do-it-yourselfer brands are typically too weak and costly, I decided to hire Southern Green of South FloridaI gave them months to correct the insect issues, fire ants in particular, to no availI have Yorkies that were being bitten daily by these antsI also had spiders in a tree, snails eating my annuals, and if not for the weeds, there would be no green on my lawnNot one of these issues was addressedI tried calling this company persistently and they never answer the phoneWhen I finally reached someone, I assured this person that my dogs being bit by fire ants was NOT an option, and she informed me that they were relocating them off my property? Are these evil things on the endangered list? My animals are still recovering from infected bites, months later, and after several vet visits I opted to terminate service with this unbelievably bad companyI would not recommend them for any service they offer

HAD southern green for yearWithin that year had more weeds then in the years we owned the houseWhen service tech came out for a retreat he burnt BIG patches in my yardGoing to have to replace the burnt areas with new sodIf they would work as hard at keeping your yard nice instead of rude salespeople trying to sell you extra things not needed I would of had the nicest yard on the blockThe sales people are LIARSSaid they looked at the yard and it needed this and thatTheir sales office is over miles from my houseDO NOT TRUST THEM
Four treatments did nothing, didn't kill any weeds Suppose to have four fungus treatments, each time had to call and complain they didn't Came back three times, never did fourth
These guys do a good jobMy tech Harley has done wonders with my yard since starting years agoWe had whitefly issues which we couldn't fix, so when we hired them they sprayed and took care of itI gave them all of my services afterwards so now they cover my trees and my pest controlGood job!
Have had service from this company since March 2013, still have a yard full of weeds and pestsThey promised 4th month free and still charged meIt is January 27th and have had no service for December or January, I called to ask why and they said the equivilant of oops, sorry about that*** said he would credit me for the 4th month, lets see if that really happensHad to look up phone number as none on statement, he said the number is on the door hangar, no service in months means no door hangarI don't keep them when I get them I throw them awayI canceled my service today, if someone comes out and sprays I will not pay, canceled with *** @XXX-XXX-XXXXVery Dissatisfied

I have been using the service for about 6 month and my lawn is greener and the weeds are dying> The salesperson did tell me that it was a process for the weeds to die. He explained to me that the lawn did not get there overnight and the recovery will be slow but slowly it will get better. Thats exactly whats going on. The first thing I notice was the lawn turning green and some weeds dying. On each application the grass got much greener and more weeds were dying. So after 6 month, my friends are asking me how did I change the lawn around.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Southern Green and most importantly my lawn looks great! The Lawn Technician Vincent P. is very professional, courteous, and always answers all of the questions I may have.
I paid them for three months, only to find out that they were not even coming into my back yard! In addition, I had a patch of dying grass in the back yard that kept spreading- after I 'fired' them, I found out that it was chinch bugs, and the whole time, I was paying them for bug control. Now I'm having to pay for additional bug treatments. I'm so angry at them- maybe it's just one lazy tech, but it's because of them that I'm having to pay for treatments and new sod, and my yard looks like crap.
I like their service. They killed the ants and the weeds when I couldn't. Been almost a year and no issues. Malik helps me with any problems. Great job!

Lawn Tech Vincent [redacted] did a second treatment on my lawn.
He did an excellent job including spraying for white fly on a deseased
brush.
