and other medical problems, and explained Ms [redacted] actions with, she must was having a bad dayWhatever happened with Ms [redacted] because of that situation, I don't know, because that was the last I spoke to Ms [redacted] about it During the months of my children being there, I received calls, one was for [redacted] needing milk (which I had to leave work to do, because no one told me that she was out), the second was for [redacted] crying constantly (she was new to the daycare, and had only been there for a week), third for my son having psoriasis, and last because my son had an accident at nap, and had no clothes to change intoAnd fifth was for [redacted] lip being busted and hanging over her bottom lipI was never called about my child's behavior, nor about my son's belongings being stolen by the other childrenWhenever I dropped off, or picked up my kids, I asked the teachers about their day, and it was always, they had a good dayMs [redacted] even told me on the day I told her, I was looking for a new daycare, that she did not want me to take [redacted] out, but she does think I should find a head start program for [redacted] due to the inconsistency of the the kid how did he find it so fast, after I was looking for it, and he said that he was "helping me look for it", Ms [redacted] came out the kitchen, and told the kids to put there hands up, and be Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/09/20) */
To whom it may concern Revdex.com:
Parent [redacted] had a concern with her child, we discussed it at the daycare briefly; following that on the same evening approximately 8pm I called her after hours to make sure she was okay and endured her...

everything would be taken care of. She left the conversation at peace and grateful for the follow-up. Approximately, 3-4 days a week the parent was informed of her son's tantrums, fall outs, kicking my [redacted] and blatant disrespect. She said she was working with him, and we assured her we will also. A month later a Child took her child's book bag off the hook as she proceeded to look for it, a child was helping his friend prepare for departure and handing it to him. She accused the boy of trying to steal it. An employee did not handle a situation correctly specifically, regarding her child's shoe being tied. When the parent made me aware of this conversation regarding the shoe not being tied, I apologized on behalf of employee. I told her that was out of character for the individual she must be having a bad day, however that is no excuse. I asked to see her son as he sat in the car and checked on him. I told her we build children up so I don't want him to feel uncomfortable. I asked the child was he ok. She proceeded to tell me she went into the daycare and told all the children not to touch [redacted] (her son). A child hit him back after he hit a child. The teacher with shoe scenario was suspended for one day. The Teacher, [redacted] informed Ms. [redacted] that she has no right hollering or telling children what to do. She was the teacher and should give instruction. That is the same statement I concluded with after a concern she had as well. She said the Teacher [redacted] was not in control of her class, I agreed and with several other complaints and rules broken with that employee- she was terminated. Ms. [redacted]'s main complaints in the month of July/Aug. was about that particular employee. Due to us having much communication, and a working relationship (job one block from daycare) I stopped by her job and let her know she did not have to worry about that employee because she had been terminated and will not present a problem for her. I have an employee at the infant house with gastritis and she called off from a 6am-2pm shift. The call off was last minute so because my cook prepares food at 8am, she was asked to go to the infant house until I called in someone else who arrived at 8am. I was not informed about her daughter's lip. Ms. [redacted] suggested a friend of hers to work, she was hired and training in the infant house, which coincidentally is the week of the diaper rash. Possibly, the new referral was doing her best to get the schedule of changes of diapers and flow of the infant house and her child had not been gotten to YET!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately. I hate that the baby received a rash. Staff has communication sheets of diaper changes, we had a meeting regarding filling out the sheets and keeping babies dry. It was brought to the attention of the staff about the rashes. One employee resigned and the other was transferred from infant house.
