I rented from southern home rentals and found that the staff are incredibly kind and helpfulThey are the kind of people you would want to rent from particularly if you are new the area (like me!)I had no issues with the apartment itself, but if I had, I know it would have been taken care of quickly

I spoke with a lady on the phone, and she was extremely disrespectfulWent over looked it, because everyone has bad days, but when we met the lady at the house to see it & she popped off at us first thingWe continue you to ask questions & she continued with a attitudeSo we decided it was time to leave after she cussed us out, for telling her how her attitude lost our businessShe proceed to tell us how, we more than likely wouldn't pass the credit checkI have excellent credit & we also had money in hand ready to close the dealI'm pregnant & this lady was extremely rudeThis is not a family friendly business & I will never recommend anyone this business

I am new to the area and happened upon Southern Home Rentals. The 2 ladies that work in the office were pleasant and were willing to help with my transition to make sure that I found a lovely place to call home.
